Cum se face o tinctura :
Intr-un borcanel cu sigil se pune cam un pumn din planta/plantele din care vrei sa faci tinctura si se acopera cu alcool cam 3 partzi. Alcoolul trebuie sa fie cat mai pur (gen vodka), dar nu 100% . [...]
